How to Submit Your Request

Please send us an email with the following information:

1. Service Selection
   • Specify which service you want (Card Stand or Pokemon Center)
   • Note: Pokémon card stands are basically sold in two-pack sets.
2. Product Details
   • Product name(s)
   • Quantity
   • Color/size preferences (if applicable)
3. Customer Information
   • Full name
   • Shipping address
   • Preferred shipping method (EMS is standard)

Service Process

1. Request Confirmation
   • We review your product request details
   • Verify machine availability and stock
   • Send confirmation of request receipt
   • Request Confirmation: We review your product request details. Repeat purchases are available unless the product is out of stock or in queue.
   • Note: Machine availability and stock cannot be guaranteed
2. Cost Calculation
   • We will email you a detailed quote including:
     • Product cost
     • Service fee (¥12,000 per request for Card Stand)
     • Shipping fees
     • Total amount
   • All fees and charges will be clearly itemized
3. Payment
   • Process your payment for items and service fee
   • Send payment confirmation email
   • Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately
4. Purchase & Processing
   • Purchase items from Card Stand machines (within 3 business days)
   • Send photos of purchased items
   • Provide purchase receipt
   • Prepare basic protective packaging
   • Calculate shipping costs based on destination
   • Process shipping payment
5. Shipping
   • Package items securely
   • Ship using secure methods with tracking (EMS standard)
   • Provide tracking number and shipping confirmation
   • Send shipping confirmation email

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be issued only in the case of an undelivered product or obvious damage to the product.
• Only the purchase price of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.
• Service charges, shipping charges, and other fees are not refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt of application.
• Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which payment was received
