Directions for use
After measuring out 600 cc of water for one serving, bring to a full boil and add Chinese noodles, simmer for 2 minutes, add broth without turning off the heat, simmer for another 1 minute. Our aged noodles can be cooked without discarding the broth (3 minutes total!). *If you are cooking 2 servings at the same time, please adjust the amount of water slightly less (e.g. 550cc x 2).
