This Bali coffee has a rich aroma, deep richness, and mild sweetness for a well-balanced taste. It is a popular, high-end Indonesian bean.

Bali Arabica Kamiyama is produced in 28 designated districts in the Kintamani Plateau, which is located on Mount Batur, an active volcano on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The head of each district is in charge of cultivation without using pesticides under the guidance of the Bali Provincial Government and others. Only five varieties of Tipika beans are produced. Only ripe beans are harvested by hand, one by one.

In the selection factory, the manager, Mr. Minasa, rigorously checks every lot and accepts only the fully ripe beans. After the washing process, the beans are moved to a drying area at a lower altitude for better drying, sun-dried, and then hand-picked to remove any defects. The beans are then aged for three months before shipping. The resulting Bali Kamiyama has a unique aroma, richness, and mild flavor that continues to attract many coffee fans.
