A: The following are included in the price:

  • Matcha green tea and Japanese sweets (Nerikiri)
  • A set of tea utensils
  • A set of calligraphy tools
  • Frames for calligraphy works
  • Transportation within 23 wards of Tokyo

Q: When will the cancellation fee be charged?
A: Cancellation fees are as follows

  • Up to 7 days prior to the experience date: free of charge
  • Up to 2 days prior to the experience date: 50% of the fee
  • The day before or on the day of the experience date: 100% of the fee

A: Yes, English support is available.Translation apps are also available if needed.
Q: Can I take pictures?
A: Yes, you can take pictures during the experience.
Q: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
A: We require reservations at least 7 days in advance.
Q: Is it possible to do the experience outside of the 23 wards?
A: Yes, but there is an additional transportation fee (from 5,000 yen) if you are outside of the 23 wards.Please contact us for details.
